Same-Day Flower Delivery – Miami Area
We offer same-day delivery for all local orders placed before our daily cut-off times:

Monday to Friday: Place your order by 4:00 PM EST

Saturday: Place your order by 2:00 PM EST

Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day.
Deliveries take place between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM. While we cannot guarantee exact times, time-window requests can sometimes be accommodated (additional fees may apply).
❗ Incorrect Address Policy
If the address you provide is incorrect or undeliverable, and delivery is not possible:

The flowers will be returned to our store.

Pick up your order at our location during business hours, or

Request a redelivery, which will incur an additional redelivery fee based on the location.

Please double-check all recipient details to avoid any issues or delays.
Proof of Delivery & Customer Notifications

If the recipient is not at home, we’ll leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot and take a photo as proof of delivery.

A delivery confirmation (with timestamp and image) will be sent to the email or phone number you provided at checkout.

If there are no issues, we do not contact the recipient to preserve the surprise.

If delivery requires clarification, we will contact you using the phone number on file.
Return & Substitution Policy
All floral sales are final, due to the fragile and perishable nature of flowers. However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 to 48 hours.

Please send a photo so we can verify the issue.

If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Substitution Policy:
When certain blooms are unavailable, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the design, color scheme, and overall aesthetic. We never compromise on quality.
