We are not working with third party flower wire companies and all our deliveries made by our company drivers.

Same Day Deliveries : If you order before 4:00 pm, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day delivery on Saturday, please order by 1pm. Sunday deliveries not possible.

​

Delivery Fee: We offer hand delivery in Miami Dade and Broward counties.The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout. 

​

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. The driver will phone the recipient to let them know a delivery has been left for them (this is why it is important to provide a recipient phone number). 

​

Delivery Times : Delivery times are 11.30 am-6.00 pm daily for orders going to a business and 11.30 pm-7.30 pm for orders going to a residence, hotel, or hospital. During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and Easter, our florists operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-9.30pm.

If delivery refused by the recipient:  If your delivery is refused the item is available to you to pick up in the store for 24 hours. No refund given.

​

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please give us a note 48 hours in prior your delivery day by email or call (786) 608-4106

Specific Delivery Time and order updates: Due to multiple variables, including traffic in Miami, weather condition, and etc we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. 

​

The recipient may be contacted: We may need to contact the recipient to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.

​

Pick up in the store: You can place an order and pick up it in scheduled day in our location: 907 Alton rd, Miami Beach, Fl, 33139. We open Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 6.30pm.
