Luxury Flowers Miami offers same-day flower delivery throughout Miami and surrounding areas for most in-stock arrangements.

To qualify for same-day delivery, please place your order:

• Monday through Friday: by 4:00 PM (EST)
• Saturday: by 2:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be delivered on the next available business day.

Please note that Luxury Flowers Miami is closed on Sundays, and we do not offer deliveries on that day.

Our standard delivery window is between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM. While you are welcome to request a preferred delivery time in the order notes, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time due to traffic conditions, weather, order volume, and delivery routing.

During major floral holidays, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery windows may be extended, and additional delivery fees may apply.

We always do our best to accommodate special requests and ensure your flowers are delivered as beautifully and promptly as possible.

At Luxury Flowers Miami, we use only the freshest seasonal flowers available. Because flower availability depends on the season, weather, and market conditions, certain blooms or colors may occasionally be unavailable.

Whenever possible, we will contact you before making any substitutions. If we are unable to reach you and your order is time-sensitive, our experienced florists may substitute flowers or containers with similar varieties of equal or greater value, while preserving the overall style, color palette, and quality of the original arrangement.

Our goal is to ensure that every bouquet reflects the same beauty, elegance, and premium design you selected.

All sales at Luxury Flowers Miami are final due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our floral arrangements.

We carefully prepare every order using fresh flowers that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, light, transportation, and handling. Refunds or replacements may only be considered if the arrangement arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed order.

Any issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the arrangement by contacting Luxury Flowers Miami.

Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, shape, and availability. When necessary, we may substitute certain flowers or materials with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.

Proper flower care is essential. Luxury Flowers Miami is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, extreme temperatures, delayed pickup, an incorrect delivery address, or the recipient’s failure to accept the order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the arrangement has been prepared or the flowers have been ordered. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Custom orders, wedding flowers, event arrangements, proposal packages, and special-request products are non-refundable.

To keep your flowers fresh for as long as possible, place the arrangement in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat, and air-conditioning vents. Add fresh water as needed and remove any wilted flowers or leaves. For bouquets, trim the stems at an angle before placing them in a clean vase with fresh water.
