We offer delivery throughout Miami, Broward and surrounding areas, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, South Miami, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, and nearby locations.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Cut off time - 5.00 Pm
Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Please note that same-day service may be limited during peak periods such as holidays, high-demand dates, or severe weather conditions.
Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver all orders as promptly as possible. However, we do not guarantee delivery at a specific time unless a special request has been confirmed in advance.
Standard delivery windows are fulfilled within the day of delivery.
Our Delivery time : from 11.00AM to 7.30PM
Requests for specific timeframes (such as morning or afternoon delivery) are considered but not guaranteed.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe and secure location
- Leave the order with a concierge, front desk, or neighbor
- Contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery
If redelivery is required due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect information, additional delivery fees may apply.
Delivery to Businesses, Hospitals & Hotels
Deliveries to offices, hotels, hospitals, and secured buildings may be subject to internal policies and access limitations. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been accepted by reception or third-party staff.
Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact information.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery is refused by the recipient, or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, the order will be considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
