20 Tabletop Candle Rental – Miami

Transform your event with the warm glow of luxury sand wax candle rentals in Miami and Miami Beach. Luxury Flowers Miami creates professionally styled candle installations using white sand wax and clear glass vessels for an elegant, modern look that complements a wide range of event designs.

Our long-burning sand wax candles are ideal for weddings, proposals, private dinners, receptions, corporate events and special celebrations. Choose from tabletop candle collections for intimate tablescapes or mixed-height installations featuring a curated combination of low, medium and tall glass vessels for a more dramatic candlelight experience.

Candle installations can be styled along dining tables, sweetheart tables, ceremony aisles, entrances, staircases and other focal areas. For an elevated candle-and-flower design, seasonal Designer’s Choice floral accents can also be added to your rental.

Every installation is prepared and styled by our Miami Beach floral and event design studio, with setup and post-event pickup coordinated around your venue and event schedule.

Every candle rental includes white sand wax candles, curated styling, standard setup and post-event breakdown and pickup of our rental candle décor. Glass vessel sizes and proportions may vary based on the selected rental style, availability and installation design.

Standard rental includes one event and a rental period of up to 24 hours. Setup and pickup timing is coordinated based on venue access and the event schedule. Extended rental time is available as an optional add-on in additional 24-hour periods.

A 30% refundable security deposit is required for all candle rentals. The deposit is calculated on the combined price of the candle rental and selected add-ons, excluding taxes and delivery fees. The security deposit is refundable after all rental items are returned and inspected, subject to deductions for missing, damaged, excessively soiled or unreturned rental items.

Planning on short notice? Rush service may be available for qualifying candle rental orders, subject to availability. Applicable rush service options and fees can be selected with the rental package when available.

Delivery fees are calculated separately from the candle rental price. Parking, valet, difficult venue access, extended setup requirements, additional labor and other venue-specific services may incur additional fees. Setup and pickup are coordinated according to venue access and event requirements.

Use of open-flame candles is subject to the rules and requirements of the venue. Customers are responsible for confirming that candles are permitted at the event location before the scheduled installation.
