Room decoration services are scheduled according to the date and preferred setup time selected with your order.

Setup times are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability, property access, hotel or building requirements, and the size and complexity of the selected decoration.

Please make sure the room or property is available and accessible to our team at the scheduled time. For hotels, condos, vacation rentals, and other managed properties, access arrangements should be confirmed before our arrival.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and other high-demand dates.

Each room decoration is prepared according to the selected package, color palette, occasion, and any additional customization options included with the order.

Balloon shades, flowers, gifts, decorative materials, and other design elements may vary slightly depending on seasonal and product availability.

If a specific item, flower variety, balloon shade, or decorative element is unavailable, Luxury Flowers Miami may substitute it with a similar option of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and quality of the design.

When a substitution would significantly change the overall look or concept of the decoration, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you before making the change.

Room decoration services require advance preparation, materials, scheduling, and reserved setup time.

Requests to change the date, time, colors, personalization, location, or decoration details should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability.

Once personalized items, balloons, flowers, gifts, or other materials have been prepared, purchased, or specially ordered for your decoration, certain changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled setup time to be considered for a refund. Customized, personalized, special-order, and already prepared items are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled setup, same-day cancellations, and orders that cannot be completed because required property access was not provided are non-refundable.

Any approved refund may exclude costs already incurred for materials, personalized items, flowers, balloons, gifts, preparation, or other special-order products.

Room decoration services may be provided at hotels, condos, private residences, vacation rentals, and other approved locations within our service area.

The customer is responsible for confirming that decorations and outside vendors are permitted at the property and for arranging access for the Luxury Flowers Miami team at the scheduled setup time.

For hotels and managed properties, please contact the property in advance to confirm its decoration and vendor-access policies. Some locations may require guest authorization, vendor registration, proof of insurance, advance approval, or the registered guest to be present.

Parking fees, valet fees, extended waiting time, access delays, or special property requirements are not included unless specifically stated and may result in additional charges.

If our team cannot access the property or room at the scheduled time, the setup may be delayed, modified, or unable to be completed.
